A typical therapy appointment is 45 minutes - 1 hour long and most individuals attend weekly. The first few sessions will focus on building a relationship with your therapist while also learning more about yourself. Based on the nature of difficulties, we will also work together to develop a treatment plan and therapeutic goals.
Treatment planning is a collaborative effort to assess what you would like to take away from therapy. You may also develop your own goals that you would like to achieve during this process. Treatment plans and goals can also be reassessed when needed.
Simply call to determine a self pay rate. We will work with you to established a rate that is both comfortable and affordable for you.
