My name is Diana and I graduated from New York University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I believe different stages in our life can intertwine in helping us learn about ourselves. I use an integrative approach in counseling depending on the individual and where they are in their lives. My main theoretical approaches consist of psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I provide individual counseling to adults, children, and adolescents. I am skilled in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, and traumas.
In counseling, I believe at times our past can help us understand the way we think, feel, and behave in the present. Every individual is unique and each story is different. Therefore, some stories can seem similar but each individual sees it differently. I am warm, caring, and empathetic to my client’s needs and will be here to support and guide you. I provide a safe space in the counseling room and express to clients to come as they are. I believe one of the most important things in this world is for an individual to be themselves. Every individual is unique and I want to help you towards your therapeutic goals and be your authentic self.ssional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
We provide compassionate support through individual, couples, and family therapy, helping you explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and build tools for lasting growth.
