I was drawn to therapy as a profession because it allows people to empower themselves to build their autonomy and resilience by considering who they were, are, and strive to be. Every person has inherent value and worth, understanding themselves and the world around them through their dominant narrative. Yet, sometimes, we forget to acknowledge moments of strength, resilience, empathy, and care because they don’t align with our established narratives. Together, I hope to collaborate and support you in your healing journey by providing essential coping and grounding skills to manage the physical symptoms of one’s mental health and systematically deconstructing and reconstructing narratives that no longer serve you to create a more comprehensive narrative indicative of the dynamic person you are.

As a holistic health and wellness advocate, each individual deserves to receive inclusive care. The whole person focused on considering your surroundings, history, cultural background, support systems, health, and passions and how they intersect to create your lived experience. Using an eclectic theory, my goal is to provide a safe space and time for healing, where clients leave our time together with greater clarity, confidence, and the desire and capability to live to their fullest potential. I use concepts, theories, and interventions from Narrative, Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic theories and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

I enjoy hiking with my dog, appreciating and making art, and exploring new places and concepts in my spare time.
