Life can be complex, messy, and difficult to function in. Therapy provides you the space to collaborate with a professional in the healing process and on your journey to becoming your best self. I chose to become a therapist so I could lend that helping hand to others and help guide them on that journey through all the bumps and roadblocks.

My goal is to foster a warm and compassionate environment while providing you with the tools to work on and maintain your goals in everyday life. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and I often utilize different modalities, such as trauma informed care and strength-based approaches, in order to tailor the therapeutic experience to you and your needs.

Working with both individuals and couples/families, there is no limit to what kind of issues or goals you can bring to our therapy session. Anxiety, eating disorders, work/school stress, infidelity, transitional stress, and family trauma don't even begin to scratch the surface of what you can bring to the therapy session when you meet with me.

I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology at Binghamton University and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Syracuse University, so I'm no stranger to the cold weather. I have experience working with folks all over New York state throughout the lifespan from different cultures and different walks of life.

When I'm not working, you can find me out in nature, taking pictures, or spending time with friends and family. I also have two adorable dogs, Katara and Annie, who love attention, snacks, and soft blankets.

Everyone is capable of change and healing no matter how difficult or long the journey may be. There are times where you may feel like you're not strong, but coming this far proves your resilience. I hope to hear from you and help you in the healing process.
